Many famous rock stars have hobbies that provide a glimpse into their personalities beyond the stage. 

Here are a few rock stars that I think you'll recognize, and what they do to chill away from the stage.

Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden) - Aviation

Bruce Dickinson is a licensed pilot and even flew commercial planes for a time. He also owns an aviation company and has been involved in various aviation-related ventures.

Brian May (Queen) - Astrophysics

In addition to being Queen’s legendary guitarist, Brian May is an accomplished astrophysicist. He earned a PhD in astrophysics from Imperial College London and co-authored research papers.

Rod Stewart - Model Trains

Rod Stewart is passionate about model railways. He has spent decades building elaborate train sets and often showcases them in model railway magazines.
